Global flexible packaging demand is expected to reach 2 trillion in 2016
2014, plastic
packaging sales in the global food industry, rose 3 per cent to 1.9 trillion,

Market research
firm Euromonitor International said that in the food industry, stand-up pouches
is undoubtedly one of the fastest growing plastic packaging.
